  • There is no age restriction for availing services, unless limited by applicable local laws.

Confidenciality

  • The astrologer will maintain client confidentiality and deliver guidance respectfully.

  • Clients are expected not to share sensitive advice or record sessions without prior consent.

Disclaimer

  • All guidance provided is based on astrological interpretations and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

  • The astrologer reserves the right to request clients keep discussions relevant to the consultation and to maintain a positive environment.

Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

  • All services provided by Shubham Bhavatu are live, one-on-one astrology consultations conducted via voice call.

  • No physical or shippable product is delivered.

2. No Return/Exchange

  • Once a session is scheduled and completed, it cannot be “returned” or “exchanged,” as the service is personalized and consumed in real time.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests are only accepted in the following scenarios:

    • The astrologer was not available at the scheduled time and the session could not be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

    • There was a verified payment error and the session did not occur.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, dissatisfaction with answers, or changes of mind after booking.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Send your refund request with payment details and booking info to shubhambhavatu05@gmail.com within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

  • Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exception Policy

  • If technical issues on our end prevent the consultation from being delivered as promised, and a reschedule cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.

  • If the client fails to join the call or provides incorrect contact details, no refund will be issued.

6. Timeline

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method.

Digital Product Policy

1. Nature of Service

  • Shubham Bhavatu provides one-on-one astrology consultations via scheduled live voice calls.

  • No downloadable content, emailed reports, or digital files are included with any package or session.

2. Service Fulfillment

  • Upon successful payment and booking, clients will receive details to join their scheduled consultation call at the agreed time.

  • The service is considered “delivered” once the live consultation has taken place.

3. No Digital/Downloadable Deliverables

  • No additional materials (such as PDFs, written answers, audio/video call recordings, or post-session summaries) will be provided unless otherwise stated before booking.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their device is able to receive calls at the scheduled time.

4. Technical Responsibility

  • Clients should check their internet and call connectivity before the session start time.

  • If a technical issue prevents service delivery from the astrologer’s side, efforts will be made to reschedule; if not possible, the refund policy applies.

5. Recordings and Usage

  • Sessions are not recorded or distributed by Shubham Bhavatu.

  • Recording, copying, or sharing session content without explicit permission is not allowed.

6. User Acknowledgment

By booking a consultation, users agree that:

  • The service they have purchased is a real-time, live interaction and not a deliverable digital product.

  • No after-service tangible or intangible digital item will be provided unless specifically mentioned.
